Week 1:
We'll dive into the world of anxiety,
setting goals, and introducing my Triangle Framework. We'll also explore the
symptoms of anxiety to better understand what's happening in our minds and
bodies.
Week 2:
It's all about thoughts this week. We'll
tackle catastrophizing, intrusive thoughts and different types of anxious thinking, helping you to
identify and challenge these patterns.
Week 3:
This week focuses on behaviors. We'll
examine how we act when anxious and what changes we need to make. Plus, we'll
identify triggers that set off these behaviors.
Week 4:
We'll work on creating a fear ladder to
gradually face and overcome fears, while also looking at what we can and can't
control in our lives.
Week 5:
Self-care takes center stage as we
explore our identity as mums and the 'mother load' we carry. It's time to
nurture ourselves alongside our families.
Week 6:
We'll wrap up by looking at
relationships with partners and family, ensuring you have a supportive network
as you continue your journey.
